Not at all. It’s designed to enhance your current program helping you move better, recover faster, and feel more mobile in everything else you do.
I haven’t stretched in years, is this for me?
Yes. It’s safe, gentle, and progressive. Great for all levels especially stiff, desk-bound bodies.
What if I can’t kneel or stand?
This version includes chair-supported kneeling and standing. If you need fully seated only, check out our Active-Agers Chair Mobility program.
How long is the program?
3 weeks. 5 short sessions a week. Most are under 20 minutes.
What equipment do I need?
Just a sturdy chair. A towel or block is optional.
